Last Updated: June 12, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Academy of Exterior Maintenance (“A.E.M.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, enrollment process, training programs, and online course materials (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our website, submitting an enrollment application, or participating in any A.E.M. training program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enrollment form, or enrolling in any A.E.M. training program (whether in-person or online), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

Our training programs and Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide during enrollment is accurate and complete.

3. Enrollment & Application Process

Enrollment in A.E.M. training programs begins with a free application submitted through our website or by phone. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into a program. A program advisor will review your application and may contact you to discuss your goals, experience level, and the training path that best fits your needs.

  • Applications are free and do not obligate you to enroll
  • A program advisor will typically reach out within 24 hours of your application
  • Tuition, pricing, and payment plan details are discussed during your enrollment consultation
  • A.E.M. reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion

4. Training Programs & Course Access

A.E.M. offers both in-person, hands-on training and an online, self-paced course covering technical skills, safety, sales, marketing, operations, and business technology for the exterior maintenance industry.

  • The core certification track is structured around a 90-day path, though online course access is self-paced
  • In-person training sessions are subject to scheduling availability and may take place at designated training locations or job sites
  • Online course access is provided for your individual use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed
  • A.E.M. reserves the right to modify, update, or improve course content and curriculum at any time

Please Note: Hands-on training sessions involve the use of pressure washing equipment and cleaning chemicals. Students are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by A.E.M. instructors at all times.

5. Certification

Students who successfully complete the required curriculum and meet program requirements will receive an A.E.M. certification reflecting their completion of the program. Certification is awarded at A.E.M.’s discretion based on completion of required modules and, where applicable, satisfactory participation in hands-on training sessions.

While A.E.M. designs its certification to reflect industry best practices and safety standards, A.E.M. does not guarantee employment, specific income outcomes, contract awards, or business results following certification. Career placement support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not constitute a guarantee of job placement.

6. Payment, Pricing & Refunds

Tuition and pricing details are provided during your free enrollment consultation and may vary based on the training program, format (online or in-person), and any payment plans offered. By enrolling in a paid program, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of enrollment.

  • Flexible payment plans may be available and will be outlined during enrollment
  • Refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated as part of your enrollment agreement
  • A.E.M. reserves the right to change program pricing for future enrollments at any time

Any specific refund policy applicable to your enrollment will be provided in writing as part of your enrollment agreement and shall govern in the event of a conflict with this general statement.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward A.E.M. instructors, staff, sponsors, and fellow students. By participating in our programs, you agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions and procedures provided during hands-on training
  • Treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect
  • Use training materials and online course content for personal educational purposes only
  • Refrain from any conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to the training environment

A.E.M. reserves the right to remove any student from a program for conduct that violates these Terms or poses a safety risk to themselves or others, without refund where permitted by the applicable enrollment agreement.
