With years of hands-on experience building and scaling successful service businesses, Rob founded the Academy with a clear, singular mission: to eliminate the guesswork for contractors and provide them with a direct blueprint for sustainable growth.

As an entrepreneur, systems builder, and brand developer with over 30 years of industry experience and multiple successful business exits under his belt, Josh has learned firsthand that hard work alone doesn’t scale—systems do.
